- Third Round – October 3 – October 8
- Quarterfinal Round – October 10 – October 15
- Semifinal Round – October 17 – October 22
- Championship Round – October 24 – October 29
Teams are seeded 1-46 based on:
- State championships won
- State championship game appearances
- Selection committee and computer rankings
- NOTE: Due to Potosi/Cassville not having an official mascot for their program, they are the #46 seed in this tournament
